Felixchem Corp. Inc., Terms and Conditions of Purchase

The terms of Felixchem Corp. Inc. are billable upon shipment of product.  Once the product is shipped the customers’ credit card will be charged.

Felixchem Corp. Inc Delivery Specifics

FCI always ships ground. The shipping company currently being used by FCI is Airborne Express/DHL.  At its sole discretion, alternative companies such as UPS, Fedex or their equivalent may be used by FCI.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE: (All Returns Must Be Made Within 30 Days of the Purchase Date)

Felixchem Corporation, Inc. (FCI) guarantees satisfaction of its products when applied in a manner consistent with the products intended use. If not satisfied with the performance of the product, when used in accordance to FCI's Care and Maintenance Programs, and the surface has been tested first, contact FCI for a store credit of the purchase price or a replacement by another FCI product. Determining the suitability of the product for any intended purpose shall be solely the responsibility of the user. FCI reserves the right to replace any product purchased rather than refund the purchase price. Documentation of the product's failure to perform may be required upon request. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, including those of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose which extend beyond the description on the product label and the customer's remedies shall be limited to a store credit of the purchase price or a replacement of the product.
